MOLES' Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

Orders received will be processed and shipped out the following working day. Delivery via J&T Express is expected within 1-3 working days for West Malaysia, while 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.

If your order includes back-ordered items, they will be shipped together with the in-stock products. Back-ordered items typically ship within 2 weeks (working days only) upon received from our manufacturing factory.

Shipping Cost

We don't make a profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will mirror exactly what we're charged by the shipping company delivering your package.

Our shipping costs are flat rates, regardless of weight.

West Malaysia – RM 8

East Malaysia – RM 15

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries via FedEX and various couriers. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the items during checkout.

Asia countries – 3 - 5 days

Europe – 3 - 7 days

US & Rest of the world – 5 -10 days
