Orders are typically processed and dispatched within the next business day, provided the item is in stock.
For Back-Order or Pre-Order items, fulfillment may take 10–14 business days. Customers will be notified accordingly once the order is confirmed.
In rare cases, unexpected events such as logistics disruptions or supplier delays may extend processing times. MOLE will always make every reasonable effort to complete fulfillment within the stated timeframe.

Exchanges
MOLE offers a 7-day exchange policy from the date of receiving your order.
